Srushti is preparing to take the UPSC test in her third year in engineering. As she was finishing her last year in engineering, Srushti Deshmukh was unsure if she could like working in the field of engineering. After realizing her dream and pursuing it, she started working in civil service. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil services and have an opportunity to work in public service. She did not lose motivation as she remained focused on her goal of becoming an IAS. To be able to pass UPSC to be a reality, more hard work is necessary. While she was studying in her engineering courses, she used to also prepare different subjects in UPSC. Every day, she would set aside time to study for her exam. She got ready for engineering tests in only one and a half months, and stayed away from social media and all social media sites. She believes that focusing on the task at hand is essential to pass this test. She was focused on passing this test and made a great number of efforts. Everyday, she went through the news to stay up with current events. She also got a lot of support online by collecting various study materials and taking in Rajya Sabha TV.
